An energizing blend of Kenyan and Malawian green teas and Japanese Matcha from Izu. Exceptional green teas are produced using Ejulu leaf stock, noted for its sturdy leaf and deep green colour. The Satemwa estate produces some of Malawiﾒs most innovative teas. The Izu Matcha is Produced using pure Gyokuro leaves, on a gram per gram basis, Izu Matcha contains approximately 10 times the polyphenols of regular teas. What is more, 2 cups of brewed matcha contains 7 times the antioxidants of orange juice, 20 times that of apple juice, and nearly 20 g of calcium. All teas in this blend are grown on pesticide free estates.

Mass Market teas typically have a 5-6% antioxidant level. This tea has an ultra high antioxidant level of 13.05%

Hot Tea:
- Boil water and let cool to 180F/90C
- Steep for 3 minutes (longer=stronger)
- Use approx. 1- 1 1/2 tsp per cup
- To re-infuse use higher temperature/less time

Iced Tea:
- Pour 1 1/4 cups boiled water on 6 tsps of tea
- Steep for 5 minutes
- Pour into pitcher while straining leaves.
- For a quart of tea add ice & top w/cold water
- Garnish and sweeten to taste
